Refunds
Please understand that there will be no refunds. Every miniature is made by hand, made to your order. Please think twice before purchasing to avoid refunds/ exchanges of items.
A refund may be granted if your parcel is unreachable (cannot be tracked by the shipping company/ lost) for at least 30 working days.
Exchanges
Replacement of items will be made if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tinypinc@gmail.com and send your item to my address in Malaysia (will be provided in email).
Shipping
Shipping company will be by my choice, unless you have a special request for a certain company. Shipping costs shown on the website may not be final. There may be a small surcharge from shipping companies (it’s common to have surcharge from shipping companies during the pandemic). If there’s a need to top up the shipping charges, I will contact you via email 🙂 But that rarely happens.
